How to enable all fonts?
In the free use of eMashq, you have only the Ruqaa font.
You must have a payed subscription to enable all fonts.
If you bought an activation code, please refer to your case below:
I just bought an activation code
You just bought an activation code from our site or from one of our partners. As shown in the delivery eMail, you have to enter that activation code in your eMashq account, in your profile, in the Credits section/tab
for an activation code of Points or in the Subscription section/tab
for an activation code of a subscription.
When you activate a code for a subscription, this subscription becomes active directly.
If you activate a code for a package of Points, please refer to the next section.
I just bought Points
Once you have credits/points in your account, you have to convert some points to a subscription as shown in the Subscription section/tab
of your profile by clicking on the available subscription according to the amount of your credit. then you will be asked to confirm your choice by entering your account password.
For example, if you have 110 points and you convert 10 points in a one day subscription you have from the moment you convert those points 24h of a pro subscription with all pro features of eMashq including all fonts as shown in the comparaison table on the Offers page
How to enable my account?
We suppose that you created a new account
but you did not receive the verification eMail.
I didn’t receive the verification eMail
This eMail is necessary to enable your account. In case you didn’t receive try to find it, may be in your spam box (in that case, please check it as a non spam). If still not found try to register again and check again your email box and spam box. If you can’t register contact us
using the eMail you used to register.
How to enable Adobe Flash?
eMashq uses Adobe Flash to run its online calligraphic tool. Developments are underway to deliver an HTML version of the tool before the end of 2020.
We recommend to use Google Chrome as a navigator.
